Returns Policy

If you wish to return your order due to the product supplied being damaged, or there are manufacturing faults, or because of an error on specimen hunters part, please contact us within 7 days of receipt by clicking on the contact us page.

We offer a full refund including posting or replacement service, upon receipt of returned goods within 14 working days.

Refunds Policy

If you wish to return your purchase without giving a reason, then you have the right to cancil your order within 7 days of receipt.

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt providing the goods are returned undamaged and unworn within 7 days of your notification, then a refund will be sent to you within 14 working days.

As specimen hunters merchandise is made to order, the refund will not include any posting costs.

All returns must be in original packing and returned to us by Recorded Delivery to:
