River fishing permits are free for residents of Abingdon and are available from Abingdon town offices , Old Abbey House , Abbey Close and cover the area from Nuneham Railway Bridge to Culham Footbridge. No permit is required for children under 12 years of age. Tel 01235 522642. Non residents: £3 per day , season permit: Adults £15 , Junior £5 , Disabled £7.50 , OAP £5. Day tickets can also be purchased from goffs Newsagents Bridge Street.
