There are over 25 species of Barracuda. The best known is the Great Barracuda this fish can grow up to 6 feet long and swims in the Atlantic from Florida to Brazil. In 1992 at Christmas Island Republic of Kiribati the world record weight of a captured Barracuda was 85lbs. More well known spicies are California Barracuda , Maxican Barracuda , Northern Sennet Barracuda. There nick name is Tigar of the sea.
